Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library’s 100 Millionth Book Dedicated To Library Of Congress
On February 27, Dolly Parton dedicated her Imagination Library's 100 Millionth Book to The Library of Congress. At the event (that was live streamed on Facebook for all to see), Dolly spoke about the dedication of the special 100 Millionth Book - "Coat of Many Colors" and how this milestone is not only a celebration of the program but also a celebration of her mother and father.

Dolly gave credit to the thousands of program affiliates around the world that help to make it all possible. Reaching the 100 Millionth Book Milestone is a true testament to the dedication of many, many people who work to "Put more books in the hands of more children" said Dolly!

Smart Start of Mecklenburg County is proud to be one of the program affiliates of the Imagination Library since 2015. We continue to enroll all children age 0-4 that live in Mecklenburg County. Click below to register a child.
