David is always so quick to respond to the CBO inquiries. He provides us information

necessary to process our Claims for payment. We turn to him for authorization information and he can give us an update and status that

will allow us to move forward. We are fortunate to have him as a contact.

with our regular meetings. We sometimes have last minute or special requests but they are always responsive and friendly. The food set-up is timely, looks nice and the breakfast sandwiches and burritos are delicious! Thank you :)

I would like to thank all the nursing staff on 2W. Everyone was very caring and provided quality service to my sister Bonni. She had broken her hip in a fall, but also has several serious medical issues. Bonni was treated compassionately and respectfully. The staff were always available to answer a question or explain a situation. I wanted to acknowledge the excellent care received for approximately 3 weeks. It was a pleasure meeting the staff that I speak to but never see, I work in Communications and talk to most of the staff.

Thank you RN'S and Patient care techs, respiratory tech and all others who provided care.

I Would like to thank case management for their assistance with my Sister Bonni, she

needed an after care -rehab facility to go to after hospital discharge.

The professional service and patience working with the insurance companies and the facilities was a daunting task ! I appreciated the time and effort that Sue and Shannon took to help us place Bonni in a rehab.
