Working to develop healthy eating and physical activity habits can have a positive impact on both our physical and mental health!

iSOSY's Bilingual Clip Sheets collection has several fact sheets to choose from explaining the relationship between food choices and certain health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and oral health problems. You can use these materials to facilitate discussions surrounding wellness with your students.

Relatedly, please check out iSOSY’s series of lessons about grocery shopping. The purpose of these lessons is to help students navigate purchasing their food with increased confidence.

Let’s focus on supporting our bodies and minds with our food and movement choices this month!
