Note from Jean Behnke
Dear Parents,

What does it take to succeed? Last week, during our Lower School Assembly, we marveled as we watched the Mars Rover, “Perseverance,” land. Your children know that a feat such as this takes both knowledge and virtue. The children loved it that the scientists at NASA know this, too.

Admissions Updates
Re-Enrollment Contracts Schedule

Re-enrollment season is right around the corner! We anticipate full classes in many grades once again, and because of this, we want you to be well-informed about the enrollment timeline. Contracts for the 2021-2022 school year are expected to be released on March 10, with contracts for financial aid recipients to be released on April 5. There is limited space available for new students in most classes, so it will be very important to enroll by the deadline of March 24 (April 19 for financial aid recipients). Enrolling by the deadline will allow us to know the available spaces for new students. Mark your calendars! Thank you.
Discover the Difference Open House Event

Crossroads is hosting a virtual open house on Thursday, March 4 from 6:00-7:00 pm. We invite you to spread the word about our special school with friends, neighbors, relatives, and colleagues!

COVID Updates
Update to the Crossroads Travel Policy

We have four Crossroads staff who have had, at least their first dose of, the COVID vaccine. It is promising to see our local, state, and national COVID case numbers decreasing. In response, the Crossroads COVID Task Force updated Pandemic Travel Policy.

This update does not yet impact many in our community; however, this is just the beginning in the hope and light in this long pandemic tunnel. Updates to the travel policy are:

Exceptions; the following people will not be excluded from school after high risk travel:

  • Those who are fully vaccinated as defined by NH DHHS.
  • Those who are within 90 days of a prior SARS-CoV2 infection that was diagnosed by PCR or antigen testing.

Crossroads Fund Updates
Thank you so much to all those who participated in the Show Your Love campaign!

Your gifts support everything from our faculty and staff to buying books and supplies for your children. Every gift makes a difference!

It was such a pleasure to deliver the many thoughtful messages to our faculty and staff. They are always so appreciative of our very supportive parent community.
A very special thank you to Diana Kimball-Anderson P’19 for making the lovely terrarium gifts for every faculty and staff member.

Last year we had 97% participation from our families. We are hoping for 100% this year, and one family at a time, we are getting closer. Thank you! This year, your gift will be especially appreciated, as our school’s finances, like those of all schools, have been impacted by COVID. If you haven’t had a chance to give to our annual fund, please do so. Your gift of any size is greatly appreciated!
