Our Bloom team has already received several testimonies from women who attended Healing the Hurts retreat last week. Judith MacNutt and her team at Christian Healing Ministries took a hard (and at times scary subject) and made it incredibly approachable and digestible. It was stunningly beautiful and left all of us wanting more. More of Jesus. More healing. More deliverance. More reconciliation. More forgiveness given and received. More grace.

As part of our enhanced efforts to connect Groups to Missions, and in response to an urgent need for diapers from one of our local mission partners, Sumter Pregnancy Center, LIFE Groups came through in a BIG way!

Bishopville Campus Pastor Sam Smithson spoke with two property managers in the Bishopville community that were open to us sharing Jesus and encouraging their residents, as well as events! They even allowed us to put out Easter yard signs in front of their properties. Pray for these continued open doors and for families who will be impacted by Jesus!

Missions Highlight

Sumter United Ministries is currently our largest local Missions partnership. It serves tens of thousands of people in the Sumter community annually through Crisis Relief, Construction Ministry, Shelter Ministry, Education Assistance Ministry, and Medical Ministry. Starting Sunday, March 3, we will collect items their pantry needs.

Do you want to help us make an impact in the community? Join us in this effort as we Pack the Pantry for Sumter United Ministries and Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Food Distribution Center in Bishopville during the month of March.
