Dear Concord Hill School Community;
As communicated this week, Concord Hill School has implemented several new plans to protect our community, and continues preparations to accommodate our students in light of the evolving situation.

As ever, the safety of our students remains paramount, and it is for this reason that we must insist that if, at any point, a member of our community believes they may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, to contact  Nate Dennison  or call 301-654-2626, immediately.

We have dedicated today’s All-Staff meeting to discuss best practices with regard to online learning plans and implementation, and will keep families informed as to next steps.
We continue to ask for your diligence in following the community-based intervention strategies, as outlined by the  Center for Disease Control & Prevention  and  World Health Organization ,  to slow the transmission of COVID-19:
  • Wash hands frequently.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Practice respiratory hygiene.
  • If you have a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical care immediately.

We will continue to monitor new developments, collaborate and share information with independent schools, school associations, and professional colleagues, and reevaluate our prevention and emergency preparedness plans, as needed.
Thank you for your support.
