The Pioneer Library System Maker Mobile will have a pop-up lab at the Purcell Library over Spring Break. Stop in between 1 and 7 p.m. on Tuesday or Thursday or between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday to check out the machines. You can also bring in your own projects to work on using the embroidery machine, 3D printer, laser cutter/engraver, and more! Last chance Chamber Members to place your ad in our 2022 Travel & Resource Guide to the Heart of Oklahoma!

We are very excited about this current project here at the Heart of Oklahoma Chamber in creating a 2022 Travel & Resource Guide to the Heart of Oklahoma! This guide will be filled with useful information for visitors and people looking to move to our area. The guide will be placed in hotel rooms, realtors offices, city hall, restaurants, shops and so on. 
    
Attached is an advertising form for the guide. These full color ads will be placed throughout the book and will also include a QR code. This is a great way to get your business more exposure!

Oklahoma's Resolute:
Last week of March classes begins Mar 15 (T, W,Th 8:30-2:00).
April will be last 3-week intensive study sessions, for school year.

About them: We offer 3-week intensive study sessions, for students (16+, who want to earn their high school diploma).
 
After one has completed 12 hrs in class, an online study program is available, to compliment (or substitute for) classwork. The fee to begin classes is $20.
 
Testing in 5 subjects is required, to earn a diploma. These tests are given about once a month, at the Mid-America Vo-Tech, in Wayne. (Cost of each official test is $22.50. Some scholarships are available.)  

Classes are also held at old Jr High Building in Purcell (& on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 5:30-9:00, Wynnewood Middle School.)
We were so excited to celebrate our Chamber member Jo’s Famous Pizza for 60 years in business with a birthday ribbon cutting!
