CDC Guidance regarding events

Extended Closure of Quail Creek Facilities

This means that concerts, plays, lectures, parties, and other events that may have been planned for the Madera Clubhouse, Kino Conference Center, Grill at Quail Creek, Anza Athletic Club, Creative Arts & Technology Center are cancelled until further notice. This also includes any organized events at outdoor locations and sport courts. This is out of an abundance of care for your health and that of your family, friends, and neighbors.

Expanded Closure of Activities Office Events

Expanded Closure at Anza Athletic Club – Swimming Pools

Out of abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to close our pools effective March 18. They will remain closed until further notice.
During the closure, we will take this opportunity to drain, clean and sanitize our pools. Please know that every decision we are making is being done with your health and safety as the primary concern.

Expanded Protocols for Golf

For your safety, and per recommended guidelines, please exercise social distance when lining up to check in for golf, try to leave approximately 4-6 feet between you and others in the line, and do not crowd check in areas, as we need to avoid gathering in groups of 10 or more in any location, including the golf shops and surrounding areas. In addition:

  • Ball washers and water stations have been removed from the golf course. Ice machines and water fountains are still available throughout the golf courses, and will be sanitized frequently.
  • We have removed the small flag sticks on the putting greens; we recommend while playing golf to leave flag sticks in place.
  • All restrooms and contact surfaces will be cleaned on a higher frequency. Antiseptic wipes are at the Pro Shop counter.
  • Residents may ride alone in their cart during play with normal access to the turf to reduce unnecessary social contact.
  • All golf will be tee times, including all association events. No shotguns will be allowed.

Quail Creek Staff Members

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time. We appreciate the concern Quail Creek residents have expressed for our staff members. We are working with staff to best utilize their skills and talents in other areas of our operations so you may not see your favorite staff member at the moment. They may be busy assisting patrol, facilities operations or deep-cleaning our facilities.
