Good Evening, MPH Families and Colleagues,

Thanks to one and all for the good progress today as students and families gathered personal and educational items. The cooperation and support of all involved led to an extremely smooth process. If you were not able to pick up your child’s belongings, please contact the appropriate Division Head to make arrangements.

Looking ahead and at least through April 13, please note that MPH business hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 4: 00 p.m. During this period, most faculty and staff will work remotely and thus staffing on campus will be limited. Should you need to come to campus, we suggest contacting a staff member prior to stopping in.

As we move closer to the beginning of a distance-learning model, rest assured that there is an understanding among all MPH teachers that we will need some time to adjust to this new format. Thus, academic expectations will be reasonable and measured as we make this transition.

Middle and Upper School students should be aware of the following information:

Thursday, March 19
  • Advisory check-in via Google Meet. Advisors will send an invitation via Google Classroom.
  • Meet Times: 9:00 a.m. for Middle School and 10:00 a.m. for Upper School.
  • Teachers will post their first lesson and/or assignment.

Friday, March 20
  • Advisory check-in via Google Meet.
  • Meet Times: 9:00 a.m. for Middle School and 10:00 a.m. for Upper School.
  • Students may work on lessons and/or assignments.

Earlier today, Lower School families should have received grade-specific information from Amy Abdo about the days ahead.

Thank you for your partnership as we work together to develop the best possible learning plan for our students. Please reach out to your Division Head with any questions you may have.
