Multifamily Programs and Compliance Personnel News
As many of you know, Tiffany Marthaler recently retired after more than 21 years of service with Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC). Throughout her time with KHC, Tiffany primarily worked with single- and multifamily affordable housing programs and spent the last four years of her career as Managing Director of Asset and Account Management. As one of KHC's partners, we know you share our sincere appreciation to Tiffany for her years of service to KHC and her commitment to our mission. She will be missed.

In response to Tiffany's departure, as well as the increased volume of multifamily production, KHC has split prior responsibilities of the Asset and Account Management Department. The Multifamily Compliance department was created and will manage all multifamily compliance responsibilities within one area. Mary Beth Smith, previous HQS Inspections Manager, has been promoted to the position of Managing Director, Multifamily Compliance. Mary Beth has been with KHC for more than 23 years and brings years of affordable housing experience to the department.

The functions of asset management, as well as Design and Construction, previously housed in the Asset and Account Management Department, has been moved to the Multifamily Programs Department under the direction of Jeremy Ratliff.  The name of the Multifamily Programs Department has been updated to Multifamily Programs and Asset Management Department.
