Certified Production Technician Course Strong Start to 2016

The first CPT training course began on February 2nd and is performing very well. A special thank you to  Holley, Woodcraft Industries, Valspar and Kobe Aluminum for pre-screening applicants and making recommendations from the applicant pool to participate in this program. Upcoming Job Fair: Employer Information
Targeting both graduating and recently graduated high school and college students. This Job Fair will focus on capturing the attention of millennials through various activities like, workshops, guest speakers, live music, giveaways and direct access to local employers. A special session for graduating high school seniors will be held in the morning while doors will open to the public and graduating college students after lunch.
 
The Job Fair will be April 7th at the Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green. Please look for registration forms for employers to arrive soon in your inbox. I-65 Connector on Schedule
The I-65 road that will directly connect the Kentucky Transpark to the Interstate is on track to be completed by the end of 2016 and will be fully operational within the first quarter of 2017. Stay tuned for any changes to the timeline!

March 31, 2016:  If you are a health insurance issuer, self-insured employer, government agency, or other entity that provides minimum essential coverage to an individual during a calendar year, you must report information about the coverage that you provide to the IRS. If your organization is an applicable large employer, you must report to the IRS information about the health care coverage, if any, that you offered to full-time employees. Forms 1094-B, 1095-B, 1094-C and 1095-C are required to be filed with the IRS by Feb. 29, 2016 if filing on paper, or March 31, 2016, if filing electronically.  For more information...
