The landscape shifts again
Much has changed in the few days since our Network call. All three branches of government got in on the action today, putting at risk our health care gains, non-discrimination protections for transgender students, and religious freedom.

Supreme Court sends Gavin Grimm case back to 4th Circuit
Last week we discussed the Administration's rescission of guidance clarifying the Title IX protections for transgender students, which sends a dangerous message to students but keeps the underlying protections in place.
