Client Tyler Wisdom Shares His Story
When I think of a healthy lifestyle a lot of things come to my mind like eating right, having a positive mindset and making sure to stay physically fit. Recently I unfortunately lost one of my role models and mentors Coach Erik Driskell who passed away at the age of 43 from a brain aneursym. Coach D's passing for me was a harsh reminder that we are not guaranteed tomorrow and that no matter what your age or physical health or capabilities it is always important to take care of yourself.

Over 6 months ago I started on a journey to becoming more actively fit and to take better care of myself.  Fortunately for me, I had a good friend, Kent Baker, that I had been working out with that introduced me to Christina Larson and His & Her Fitness.

I remembered meeting Christina for the first time in July 2016 and thinking...what have I gotten myself into?  From the first moment I met Christina and her team, I was given a glimpse into what was possible.  I am happy to say that since I first started over six months ago I have lost over 40 pounds, gained muscle mass and reduced body fat while working out with incredible trainers and H&H clients that I consider my friends.

The results I have achieved thanks to the advice, support and inspiration from Christina and her team are proof that you can make meaningful changes.  Thank you to Christina, Aja, Adrian, Rob, Terrilyn, Cory and Kym for all that you have done and for motivating me to be a better and healthier version of myself!

I am surprised and honored to be client of the month!  I have been training at H&H since December.  Before that, exercise was non-existent and my diet consisted of anything I wanted, whenever I wanted.

I am a homeschooling mother of six children.  My husband and I own a business with 60 employees.  We live on acreage with horses, chickens, cats and a dog.  To say I live a busy life is an understatement!  I believed I didn't have time for the gym.  I actually felt like going to the gym would be selfish, that it would take away from my kids or work responsibilities.  I relegated myself to being how I was because I had six children.  It's expected, right?

I've had to restructure my days, but it is definitely possible!  In fact, I feel like I can handle the stress much better now and my resting heart rate saw significant improvement in just two weeks.  I workout with a trainer three days a week and do cardio 6 days a week.  With the help of Christina, Terrilyn, and Cory, I have been able to accomplish things I never thought would happen, especially in such a short period of time!  I am hooked and there is no going back now.  I am a better, happier person when I follow the diet and exercise plan.  My only regret is not starting sooner.

Hey all fellow H&Hers!  It is once again an honor to be named Team Member of the Month for March.  I am excited to announce that I have been part of the team for over a year now and I'm loving it!

It has been a joy to continue to motivate and educate clients.  It is amazing to see clients' results when they are compliant to the program which includes getting all of their cardio sessions in and making sure that food journal is filled out!  Caring for those you train and work with makes me look forward to each day at the studio.  Let's keep rocking results as we close out of the cold months and get ready for the pool!
