MOSSA Class Launches:
MOSSA group fitness classes will be launching at the end of April! MOSSA classes are any fitness class with the word "group" in front of it.

Blast - Sun 4/23 at 8:35am
Active - Tues 4/25 at 8:35am
Core - Tues 4/25 at 6:40pm
Power - Wed 4/26 at 5:40pm
Centergy - Sun 4/30 at 7:30am
Ride - Sun 4/30 at 9:00am
Fight Wed 5/3 at 4:30pm
Groove Fri 5/5 6:45pm **Special class**
Circuit X-Press
The week of April 3rd - April 9th is free demo and make-ups for Circuit X-Press. Come get an amazing workout that gives you the accountability you need!

NEW class times have been added -- Wednesday nights at 5:00pm & Thursday nights at 5:30pm. Get a full schedule at the front desk.

Next 6 week program starts April 10th!

- Personal trainers Meri and Steve have some open training slots they are looking to fill! Confirm your spot by April 5th and get 10% off!

- Mini Challenge ends this week April 1st! Make sure to finish filling in you card by Saturday!

- Cardio Box is in week three of this current session. Demos will run 4/10 - 4/14. Next 4 week session starts 4/17!
