Quake was an absolute blast with over 275 other youth from around the country!!! 6-12th+ grades: join us in 2020 when Quake explores the theme of "More"! We can't wait! Check out all the pictures here. Check out this great video of one of our times of worship with the band Bread of Stone.

Bible Instruction Class (2nd-5th grade)
Saturday, March 23, 9:00 a.m., meet in the Worship Space

Learn how to use your Bible and make a special Bible cover.

Grade 2 families --You will need to take this class to receive an NLT Bible. If your child is unable to attend the class or the presentation, contact Kate Roettger,  kroettger@oursaviourslc.org  or 763-434-6117 ext. 116, to make arrangements.

Grade 3, 4, and 5 students who would like more Bible training are encouraged to participate in the Bible Class with parent or special adult in life. Be sure to bring your Bible.

Families who are not registered for KidShine Sunday School or Ignite Wednesdays may participate by contacting Kate .

Bible Presentation for Second Graders
Sunday, March 24, at 10:00 a.m. worship
Wednesday, March 27, at 6:30 p.m. worship

Bibles for all 2nd grade and new 3rd-5th grade students (who have not received a Bible), will be presented during the 10:00 a.m. service on the 24th and during the IGNITE service on the 27th.

IMPORTANT: To receive a Bible, be sure to attend the Bible Instruction Class described above.

Scholarship Help - We Need You to Help with Hospitality!
If you are planning to apply for a scholarship for any upcoming activities - Camp Wapo, Mission Trip, Quake, Valleyfair, VBS, etc - we ask that you help out with hospitality (coffee/treat hour after worship services) on Sunday, March 31.
Even if you are not planning on applying for a scholarship, we could certainly use your help!
Please bring 3-4 dozen bars, cookies, treats, snacks, etc.

30 Hour Famine - Save the Dates!
You've heard about the Famine, now it's time to sign up!
Participants Lockin : Friday, March 15, 6pm - Saturday, March 16, 9:30am
30 Hour Famine : Friday, April 26, 6pm - Saturday, April 27, 7pm
Who: 6th Grade and up (must be 12 years old by the time of the event)
Price: $20/person (can pay for this fee with CYF Credits)

Family Mardi Gras
Tuesday, March 5, 5:30-7:00 p.m., for ages birth through 109

The fun begins at 5:30 p.m. with face painting, a family craft, games, and FUN! A pancake and French toast dinner for all begins at 6:00 p.m. At 6:45 p.m. there will be a Blessing Service looking toward Lent.

A free will offering will be taken to help support Children’s Ministry.

Children are welcome to come in their pajamas!

    Lucky Uno- St. Patrick’s Day Pot-luck and Uno Party

The numero Uno St. Patrick’s Day Celebration in town!
Irish Pot-luck!
There is a Pot-Luck at the end of the rainbow or in our case 10:00 service! This year instead of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a pot of Gold- the leprechauns of Our Saviour’s are celebrating with a Pot-Luck!
Please bring food to share, bonus points if the food is green or Irish! So get creative with your green food coloring or corned beef!

Lucky Uno!
Uno games will begin immediately after lunch. Don’t know what Uno is or how to play? No worries, Uno is a very fun card game that is easy to follow- we will teach you! It is fun for all ages! May the luck of the Irish be with you!

Frolic: Child/Caregiver Play Group Little Steps. Big Faith. Fri., March 1 and March 15, 9:30-11:00 a.m. This group is for families with children, newborn through age five, who come to grow and play in faith together! The youth attending the 2019 mission trip to Lake Traverse Reservation are honored to provide this meal on Easter Sunday. All proceeds will go toward the mission trip.

Includes: required socks, 2 hours jump time on the trampolines, wristband good for 2 attractions

Quilts for High School Graduates
Sunday, May 5 th we will be celebrating our graduating high school seniors. Join us for worship at the 10:00am service for a time of recognition, blessing, prayer and a gift of a handmade quilt from your church family.

CYF Scholarship Giving

Many of our children and youth use our scholarship fund to be able to participate in our summer programming. Can you help to support our young people in this way?

Women’s Retreat: Laughter Is the Best Medicine

Women of all ages, mark your calendars for a day away just for you.

Our speaker is Jean Abbott, a young mom of three kids who has appeared on the TODAY Show sharing her inspirational story, which she’s chronicled in her book Misdiagnosed:  My Thirty-Year Struggle with a Debilitating Disorder I Never Had . She is down-to-earth and funny – we are thrilled to have her with us!
