It's Opening Day for the Soo Locks. At 12:01 a.m. Monday, the Soo Locks open for this year's shipping season. Come to Soo Locks Park and help celebrate the opening of this historic structure. The park will open for spectators at around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, March 24, and will close at roughly 12:30 a.m. Monday, March 25
