Winds of Change

" The dance between fate
and free will is never-ending."

What have we tolerated that we can no longer tolerate? What have we not been able to see that is now illuminated so clearly? In this 2019 catalyst energy, we are being pushed to change things that are not working in our personal lives. (It is happening globally as well, never fear.) Things that have perhaps, been on the tipping point for years—and we just keep hanging on, right? For many things, including the last big super moon, which represents endings, releases and closures with cycles and deep rhythmic timing within. What precipice have you been standing on? What is it that you can see more clearly? This is our opportunity to grow and change. The Universe is giving us the occasion to “vote for ourselves.” Its spark ignites our desire to expand in new directions; something we have never dared to imagine, for many. We’ve got some strong energy to push against if we’re not flexible. As a friend of mine likes to say,“You can’t fight the Universe and win!” The Cosmic 2 x 4 just gets bigger in these moments of truth. What are you changes are you resisting?

In the book, the Women of Lemuria , the Lemurian’s were taught about astrology. Technically, it is the world’s oldest science, no matter what the naysayers believe. The Pleiadian Star Mothers called it Star Steering and it has to do with physics, not esoterics. It goes like this: Astrology has to do with “your sun’s magnetic field and the Earth’s, and how they are related. It has to do with the imprint on your sun of the gravitational pull of the planets”, which we see as stars. “That gravitational pattern of the planets around the sun is then “pushed” to this planet by the solar wind, and intercepted by your {Earth’s} magnetic field. Have you ever seen the Aurora Borealis? These are the sparks where the solar wind and your magnetic field combine, and information is put onto the planet regarding astrological energy.” We are guided by the stars!  It that why we are all feeling so different?

Not only that, but, based on your pure intention—speaks to the multidimensional part of your DNA. It’s all related. It’s all about pushing us forward. And, it’s for our greatest good.

For me, I have felt fear. I have felt restlessness. I have felt empowered. I have felt balanced. And, I have felt movement. It’s almost like seeing an island off the beach—that I have never seen before, but has always been there in clear sight. I write this to say, everything is going to be okay. In these times of great change, we are being “scrubbed” from the inside out. We must stand in the center as the “unmoved mover” and trust that the Universe has our back. Life will continue to happen. We are here by choice. We are here to move this new paradigm forward. We are here to discover our inner light and our sacred divinity. We are the change we want to see. We are the ones we have been waiting for!

As the winds of change turn to a gale—remember your inner strength. Also remember, you may be being asked to shift. What inner-guidance are you receiving? Be open to new things and new ways of being! As the Eight of Earth (The Mountain) reminds us clearly, “The reward is not at the peak toward which one strives. It is the here and now. Wake up to the gift of the present.” Happy Spring and new starts, like seedlings for a new empowered future!

What Does this mean? Decoding 101: Parkinson's Disease
Decoding messages from us to us is something that is coming to light and seeing its way into the mainstream--slowly. There is a connection between our physical health challenges and our mind and spirit. We cannot ignore those other parts of ourselves. We are emotional spiritual multidimensional humans. And, these physical dis-eases indicate we are "out of balance," something is "off kilter." Dis-ease alerts us that there are deep unresolved emotional blocks holding emotional angst at some level. Are we the brave ones to step up to heal our lineage? What was the emotional trauma we experienced as a child? What was so terrible, we have simply blocked it out? The conscious mind likes to ignore and repress that shadow that lurks within. However, our smart body, our innate, and intuition part of the subconscious and cellular memory remembers everything. In 2019, we will explore, just briefly the most common imbalances lying below the surface--a gift waiting to be seen and healed--for good! 💜💜💜

Parkinson's Disease (In Short)

"When I tremble and vibrate, it is because I sense or see a danger threatening me or someone I live, whether it involves a fear of losing control (that I am losing increasingly often.), insecurity or an incapacity to move ahead in life. I also feel powerless or incapable of being the best. I find my life very chaotic and I need more stability, but I seem to be finding it difficult to reach this state. I nod my head as a sign of despair. I am afraid of the future, of no longer living, so why finishing anything at all? I may also have experienced trauma, abuse, or other difficulties that left traces, and about which I feel sorrow, frustration, guilt, rage and depression, which lead me to exhaustion and discouragement, and that I want to escape rather than face and resolve them. . . . Echoes of One
Greater Whole

This card is a symbolic rejoining of male and female energies. It uses the concept of two whole individuals joining or birthing into a dynamic oneness. This new creation is not male or female dominated, but a prayer of balance for a greater whole. In each relationship a dynamic exists that determines the balance of love and power within that friendship or partnership. We are moving from an age where power has been seen as dominance over others in order to attain specific goals, be that money, national security, or simply "getting the job done." This is the old paradigm. As we enter the Aquarian age, this relationship to power will manifest as co-creation and become power to, not power over. This evolution will take place in individuals who make a conscious choice to cultivate shared power and cooperation. This card challenges you to observe relationships in your present life and to ask yourself if they exist in the old manner of power as dominance and manipulation, or if you are learning to cultivate shared visions for your future and the power to create a divine oneness.

Recipe of the Month: Traditional Irish Stew
In honor of St. Patrick's Day, . . . and a little bit of comfort Food!

Bon Appetite!

It's March. Spring begins later this month, but in most of the country--it's still pretty cold with more snow headed to the upper Midwest & Eastern Seaboard as I compose this newsletter. I'm not a fan of green beer, but a good stew or soup--NOW, you've got my attention!

SERVES 6-8

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pounds lamb shoulder cut in 2-inch chunks (or use thick shoulder chops)
  •  Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds onions (about 6 medium), cut in wedges
  • 1 pound carrots (about 6 medium), cut in 3-inch lengths
  • 4 cups chicken, veal or beef broth (or water)
  • 1 large sprig thyme
  • 3 pounds russet potatoes (about 12 small), peeled and halved, or cut in 2-inch thick slices

PREPARATION

  1. Pat lamb dry and season well with salt and pepper. Put oil in a heavy-bottomed soup pot over medium-high heat. Brown meat on all sides, working in batches.
  2. Set meat aside and add onions and carrots to pot. Season with salt and pepper. Cook vegetables, stirring, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Return meat to pot, add broth and bring to a simmer. Put in thyme sprig and arrange potatoes on top (it’s fine if potatoes are not completely submerged). Season potatoes, cover pot and transfer to oven.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour, until lamb is quite tender when probed with a skewer or paring knife. Remove fat from top of broth. Ladle stew into shallow bowls and serve.
Tip
  • Alternatively, cook stew on stovetop instead of baking; keep covered at a gentle simmer for about 1 hour. For a thicker stew, crush a few of the potatoes from the stew and simmer in broth, or thicken with a slurry of flour and water (about 4 tablespoons flour).

Cathy's Notes: This is the original recipe above from a National Newspaper. However, I did it my own way. I couldn't find shoulder--so I substituted Leg of lamb. I rinsed it and patted it dry--seasoned it and braised the whole thing.

Next, I followed the instructions and removed the lamb and sautéd the carrots and onions together--added the lamb back to the big soup pot and used 2 quarts of chicken broth. (I had a organic broth on hand and one that was homemake.) I also added chopped carrot-top greens and dried thyme. I brought this to a boil and then to a simmer. I left the soup on low heat for about 3-3 1/2 hours with the lid on the soup pot. I did not bake it in the oven.

At this point it was time to add the potatoes. The lamb had fallen off the bone and developed a wonderful flavor. I peeled and cubed the potatoes and let them cook until soften. Removed as much of the excess fat that I could that had risen to the top. Wonderful soup.

I put it in the refrigerator and the next morning removed the remaining fat. I had my friend Joy over for soup--Irish Stew. She confessed she's never had lamb, but her bowl was empty as was mine. I enjoyed several dinners and even froze several portions for future meals. 🍃

Water is life. It represents a symbolic element we identify as emotion; those ever changing, fluid, feeling energies within us all. Water has no fixed shape, yielding to outside influence.  It is a metaphor for the Universal  Cosmic  Sea from whence we came and are a part of as our multi-dimensional and deeply hidden state—our subconscious, our history—and our future evolution. Water also represents the feminine divine.  Could it be that water stands for as Pamela Eakins writes, realization, Illumination, Alignment and Contemplation? Eons ago
Every Truth passes through three stages before it is accepted.  In the first it is ridiculed, next it is opposed; in the third, it is regarded as self evident.

Biological Decoding Here Today
Conflicts and trauma are sometimes obvious and sometimes not and make their presence known to us as dis-ease and imbalance in our lives; manifesting in our body.  Weight issues or acne are obvious to most, but what are the traumas, loyalties and imbalances locked away in diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or behind simple allergies and minor illnesses given labels or the diagnosis's we receive at the doctor's office? Do you want healing or just relief?

The premise is easy. Disease and sicknesses are "nothing more" than emotional conflict(s) or trauma, --lessons to learn (that may be passed down from our ancestors) running in an "invisible" field of energy unknown or unrealized to us until it emerges as our brain's (the ultimate computer) solution for the disturbance deep within our psyche. More simply, the first law of Biological Decoding states: "Every pain or disease originates from a conflict. The conflict is an unexpected, highly acute, and isolating shock that occurs simultaneously in the PSYCHE, the BRAIN, and part of the BODY that corresponds to the type of conflict. Discovering the conflict aids the brain in sending messages to repair the body".

If we are human, we all have unresolved emotional conflicts. Heal them for yourselves--heal them for your kids and break the pattern. Biological Decoding goes hand-in-hand with our allopathic medicine today which addresses the mechanical aspects of our disease.

How can I help you today?

The Biology of Decoding is an amazing tool to assist in the discovery of the root cause of dis-ease.  This discovery and decoding opens the door to healing, deepens spiritual understanding of who we are and releases limiting beliefs and patterns.

"If the mind doth bend, disease can end."
