Currently in the site plan review process, DMA is designing an office and warehouse building in Westbrook. The offices face the main road with large windows and sun shades to reduce heat gain. The large warehouse will also include a loft with natural light filtering throughout.

Windows arrive today! We promise to have photos next month of Clifden with windows installed. What a difference that will make. The masonry fireplace is up through the roof and should be completed soon. The exterior cedar trim is mostly done too. Then wood and metal siding will follow. Construction by Oceanside Builders.

DMA is working on a modern inspired home that will become more permanent as the owners realize that they can work remotely. The floor plan takes advantage of eastern views of the water and southern sun with high ceilings in the living room and an office loft space. The screen porch will open directly off the kitchen for a wonderful indoor /outdoor space.

The Livable Little House just keeps on getting more livable. Phase 2, which included a breezeway and garage, was constructed this fall/winter. Additional built-in bookshelves were recently installed too. Construction by Pat McAllaster. Some progress photos are available on our website.

Roger Barry likes to mill downed trees into unique shapes, formal or whimsical, functional or decorative, to invite a personal encounter with the wood. Working with wood is in his blood. Roger's great-grandfather published The Lumberman’s Actuary and his grandfather and father were in the lumber milling business , Roger’s sculptures can be viewed at Centre Street Arts Gallery, 11 Centre Street in Bath.
