Autism Evansville has a busy calendar for March, and we want to be sure you have the important dates marked.

SENSORY SUNDAYS AT CMOE:
Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. --
With only five Sundays out of the year for this event, we hope our families will take advantage, and enjoy the Sensory Sundays that cMoe and Autism Evansville have developed in our new community partnership.
*What can you expect at this event?
-Admission is free! You'll enjoy the same play at cMoe that you've always known, with the lights and sounds of some floors turned down.
-cMoe will CLOSE at 11:30 a.m. and then re-open to the public at Noon.

Please note that Sensory Sundays will be occurring every *other* month. The dates are:
*May 7, 2023
*July 2, 2023
*September 3, 2023
*November 5, 2023
NEURODIVERGENT SUPPORT GROUP:
Our Support Groups will be resuming on Thursday, March 16th at 6 p.m. at Comfort by The Cross-Eyed Cricket in downtown Evansville.
Autism Evansville will purchase appetizers for our families.
We are opening our support groups to include parents/caregivers/other family members who are raising a neurodivergent child/adult.
Although everyone's journey is unique, we all know the same fierce love for our kids!

We are moving to a quarterly support group.
Other dates include:
*June 21 at 6 p.m. at Hacienda Darmstadt
*September 21 at 6 p.m. at Prime Time in Newburgh
*November 16 at 6 p.m. at Olive Garden
Support Squad: Parents Day Out
Be on the lookout for this upcoming post on our Facebook page: Autism Evansville. All updates are posted on our Facebook page.
Support Squad: Parents Day Out will be occurring on Saturday, March 18th from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Have lunch, grocery shop, and enjoy a little peace and quiet thanks to the Direct Support Professionals at Arc of Evansville.

*Ages 4 to 14; not required to be potty trained.
*MUST pack a lunch and a small bag with extra supplies.
*MUST register with Kelsey at the email address listed. Kelsey will then email you the waiver of liability and emergency contact form to fill out.
*COST = $20 for the first child, $10 for each sibling. CASH ONLY.
Two Months Away! Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K
Autism Evansville's Taking Steps for Autism Walk & 5K will be occurring on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 9 a.m. to Noon. We've been working very hard behind the scenes to get this event ready for you and your family!
