Plan Development for Wine Research- William McGlynn, Horticultural Processing Specialist


Discussions and planning continued with Aaron Essary, Extension grape and wine specialist, as part of applied research projects involving grapes from the research vineyard at Perkins, OK. 


Chemical and color analyses of grape wine samples made from Chambourcin, Rubaiyat and Norton grape cultivars grown in Perkins are set to commence on these samples once ageing is completed.
