Dear Friends,

Art is healing — it promotes relaxation, reduces stress and can help lessen feelings of isolation. Inspiring art can foster empathy and cross-cultural understanding. This spring, we invite you to join us in our Global Art of Healing Celebration. Discover and share art, music, film and poetry that honors the healing power of art. We welcome your participation and support.

Sincerely,

The MY HERO Team
