A Message from the Executive Director
Dear Friends,
Spring is a time of transition when we begin to feel more motivated to get out and begin new things. For people with disabilities who may wish to increase their independence this spring, they may find they need some support in deciding where to start.
A desire to be more independent can range from developing essential life skills, to developing a strong support network, to developing healthy habits. CILO assists people of all ages with disabilities to establish their independent living plan for both at home and in the community. If you are or someone you know is ready to set goals toward becoming more independent, contact our Independent Living Specialist, Jenise Brassell. While Jenise is new to our team, her diverse skills and passion for serving others guides her to ensure that each person is receiving the support they need. IL Skills Training is provided 1:1, either in person or virtual. Feel free to connect with Jenise by email or by phone at 513-246-0319.
You can learn about our other services our website at www.cilo.net. As always, I appreciate hearing from you with any ideas or comments and can be contacted by email or by phone at 513-338-5100.
Thank you for reading our monthly newsletter. If you are the FIFTH person to contact me by email indicating you have read my message, you will receive a $10 Starbucks Gift Card.
Regards,
Rob Festenstein
