AugustaPalooza - HOA Community Event

AugustaPalooza is March 25th from 1-6 PM on the golf course driving range. We will have obstacle courses, inflatables, face painters, cotton candy, popcorn and non-alcoholic beverages at no cost. We also have bands playing all day for your enjoyment. We will have food and alcoholic beverages at discounted prices.

Come out to the family event. Bring chairs and blankets!

Then stay for the After Party at Scratch Pub & Grill for the

Stevie Nicks-Fleetwood Mac Tribute.

New Website Launched

We are super excited to unveil the new www.augustaranch.org website to all residents.

As an Augusta Ranch resident, we invite you to create a website profile account. The update of our new site does not sync login information from the old site with the new platform we are using. Once your profile is created, you will have access to the many helpful features of this website.

You will be able to access the community news and updates, online forms, paint palettes, payment options for assessments and events, newsletters, governing documents, minutes, financials and budgets for the HOA and golf course, board members, photo gallery, business directory and events calendar.

We would love your feedback on the new website. Please email [email protected] for all your suggestions and comments.

Annual Meeting - May 15, 2023

The Annual meeting is May 15th at Scratch Pub & Grill. Sign-up starts at 6:30PM and meeting starts at 7PM. If you are interested in becoming a board member please submit a candidate application by Friday, April 7th at 5PM. You can find the candidate application on the new www.augustaranch.org website under "Governance" then "Become a Board Member"

Review the 5th Amendment (short term rentals), then complete your written consent form.

Easter Event

Easter event is Saturday, April 1st from 8AM-11AM at Baldwin park. The egg hunt will start promptly at 9AM. We will have bounce house, exotic creatures, DJ, games, face painters and Easter crafts.

Community Garage Sale

Augusta Ranch community garage sale will be Saturday, April 15th from 7AM-2PM. Will be sending out the registration link around March 15th.

We are looking to partner with Sunshine Acres again, but just waiting on confirmation. If you happen to know of any other charities that pick up donations please let me know.

as they are unable to authenticate the caller.

Augusta Ranch Security Patrol Team consists of three full-time armed guards licensed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The guards patrol our community approximately 18 hours per day, seven days a week, continuously changing schedules. They work through Valley Protective Services, Inc., and have a close working relationship with the Mesa Police Department, who may rely on our guards to assist when needed.

When is it appropriate to call Security? 

If it doesn’t look right to you, let our Security Team know. It takes all of us watching to help keep Augusta Ranch a safe place. Possible reasons to call Security might include parking violations, solicitors, trespassing, open garage door, criminal damage, animal control, lost/found property, and any suspicious activity, persons, or vehicles. For neighborhood non-emergencies, we're here to help!
