Summer Job Fair

Dickinson Parks and Recreation will be offering a Summer Job Fair that focuses on our summer seasonal positions. There will be supervisors available for Q & A about open positions for the summer, as well as offering on-the-spot job interviews.

Easter Egg Pool Hunt

Plastic eggs will be floating and some will be sinking in the pool. Children ages 2-12 are invited to collect the eggs and exchange them for prizes.

Lifeguard Certification Course

March 24-26

The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course is to provide entry-level lifeguard participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel take over.

The Kids Cooking Class is designed to teach your children how to be independent in the kitchen while learning basic cooking skills and kitchen safety. Food made in class will be able to be brought home when finished.

Group Fitness

All group fitness classes are included in a WRCC membership. Drop-ins are welcome for a daily fee.

March Fitness Madness

March 6 - April 1

2-person teams will compete by attending group fitness classes. The teams with the most minutes logged from classes, win the round and move on. Losers have the chance to play one more week for a consolation prize. Everyone will receive “Fitness Madness” swag once the challenge is over.

On days when public schools are not in session, public skate will be held from 1:30-3:30 pm (some exceptions may apply). Please view changes & cancellations on the WRIC page
