Moving from the Dantian In 3 Easy Steps

Are you new to tai chi or teaching those who are? Finding our way into the dantian is an essential part of our tai chi journey.
 
Join us on Zoom for a unique interactive workshop tailored to both tai chi students learning the first third of the form (B1) or beyond and currently active TCF teachers. 

Participants at all levels will be treated to a three-step approach to moving from the dantian in the first hour. Afterward, attendees will be able to address their own personal challenges in a 20-minute Q&A session.

Teachers at all levels are invited to participate with students in the class and, in the second hour, after the student- session, explore this topic as teachers, digging deeper into various approaches to moving from the dantian.
