March Social Media Toolkit:

Our Women's History Month Toolkit serves as a post library for participating chapters to promote SCORE services, highlight success stories from women-owned businesses and spread the word about the resources available to help women entrepreneurs thrive. The toolkit includes a combination of graphics, articles, events, videos and even suggested copy to use throughout the month on your chapter’s channels.


This toolkit has been loaded into SOCi for easy and efficient use. You can add these extra #WomensHistoryMonth posts to your chapter's channels in just a few clicks!

Discover the Value of Reviews and Testimonials


The February Social Media Webinar was hosted by SCORE Rhode Island's Chip Leakas. Chip presented on the power of social proof, or more specifically, online reviews, testimonials and recommendations. He discussed the similarities and differences of the three, demonstrated the importance of these in your social media strategy, and shared valuable tips on how to regularly generate these testimonials from your clients. Design Your Own Testimonials With This Free Template


One of the biggest takeaways from Chip's presentation was that these online reviews make great social content for your chapter's social media channels. You can harvest strong quotes from these testimonials and use tools like Canva to turn them into graphics to share on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. We want to make this process easier for you so, as promised, here's a free template that you can use to achieve this.

Learn How to Share Your Chapter's Google Review Link

 

Online reviews are critical to awareness in your local communities, so we wanted to share a quick tip for your chapter to collect more reviews on your Google Business Profile. Here is a brief video demonstration on how to access your Google review link. This link can be shared via email, social media and other communication channels to invite clients to provide feedback and share their experience online.

Celebrate Your Success With the Chapter of the Year Toolkit

 

The Chapter of the Year Awards have officially been announced! If your chapter received an award, consider sharing the news of this achievement with your local clients and community. To help with this effort, we’ve created a new toolkit in collaboration with the Marketing Team that includes website features, a Constant Contact email draft, a press release template and social media posts available through your SOCi libraries.

If you would like to talk about your social media wins to your chapter leadership or at your next chapter meeting, this new resource is for you! SOCi has expanded its analytics capabilities, and a new library of reports is now available to all SCORE SOCi users. You can use these reports + the total program metrics to see how your chapter measures up and communicate your performance to your stakeholders.
