Join us at the For Good Troupe's Spring Showcase on Saturday, April 20th at 11am at the Delta High School in State College. It'll get your toes tapping, your hands clapping and make your heart happy!

Under the leadership of Director Krista Wilkinson, her assistant Rocky Landers, and choreographer Michele Dunleavy, you, too, "will be changed for good."

Our 3-21 Celebration Dance was awesome!

Lili, Wil and other volunteers showed off our CRDSS spirit at the March Tussey Teaser 10K. We need you to come cheer for runners and hand out water at the upcoming (hopefully warmer!) Tussey Teaser races in April, May, and June.

This year, at the 25th anniversary of this incredible event, they are offering a 100-mile race as well! Runners will start at 6:30 on Friday, 10/25. As they run through the night, we want to bring out our party lights and music for some overnight aid stations as well!

All proceeds from these races and the major event in October go directly to support CRDSS programs for our members. Sign up for a Tussey Teaser and/or the Mountainback here!

Any dads out there in need of an opportunity to chat with other fathers facing the joys and challenges of raising a person with Down syndrome?

If you'd like to discuss joining and facilitating a group for some Dad-chat, contact Anne Marie and she'll help you get started!

Don't forget to visit our website calendar for detailed information about our events.

If you are planning an event or activity, even something informal, to which members are invited, contact Anne Marie and she'll get it on the calendar!

Follow us on Facebook so you see all the cool stuff that goes on in our community! We urge you to follow us and “like,” “comment,” and “share” our public page posts to help raise awareness for CRDSS in our local communities. Invite you our friends and families as well.

Our private group for Caregivers & Advocates is a great resource for all the questions you want to ask of others who may have lived your experience.

Centre Gives is coming! This 36-hr online fundraiser is a great way for us to earn "free money." It's simple - the more people who donate, the better chance we have to win $$ prizes for "unique donors," meaning different people on different credit cards. Get the word out to your friends and family to help us win free money on May 8th and 9th!

Need equipment? Have some to share?

Ashley Benton was offered a balance bike that is too large for Carter. Can anyone in the group use it? Contact Ashley to see if this would work for your child!

The Bellefonte Y is looking for your input on what might be the best days and times each week to attract more participants to their Community Connections program for adults ages 18+ with a disability. Scan the QR code or click here to find the questionnaire.

Your Enrichment Fund applications are still welcome for this fiscal year. (New year begins July 1st.) Learn more and apply here!
