Multi-Factor Authentication Now in HMIS!

HMIS has now implemented multi-factor authentication for all user logins. When logging in, users will be prompted to submit a one-time passcode sent to either the cell number or email address on file for the account. This decision was made to better protect the individuals we serve by adding yet another layer of security to the sensitive details we collect.

If you do not receive your one-time authorization code within a few minutes, check the Spam folders in both your phone and email. If you are unable to locate the message, please submit a ticket to HMIS.Support@havenforhope.org with your current email and mobile numbers in case any account info was out of date.
