Ito Girard & Associates: Hilltop Crossing Sold Out
Ito Girard & Associates is pleased to announce that our Hilltop Crossing community in Encanto is now sold out! Hilltop Crossing offered 47 single-family homes designed and priced with middle-income buyers in mind, and 70% were purchased by first-time homebuyers. These homes featured 3-4 bedrooms, 2-car garages, and were priced from the $500,000s to $800,000s.

Keith has great memories of his previous involvement with the BIA, and he looks forward to re-acquainting with old friends, while making new ones.

Sudberry Properties earned national accolades for its urban village of Civita at The Nationals℠, an international homebuilding and design competition, sponsored by NAHB. The company won Silver Awards, the competition’s second-highest honor, in the “Master-Planned Community of the Year” category, the “Best Community Amenity” category for Civita Park, and the “Best Website for a Community” category for CivitaLife.com.

Chelsea Breaks Ground on Miraluz
Chelsea Investment Corp. is please to announce that Miraluz is well underway! BIA Cares Supports Young Innovators
BIA Cares participated in the 71st Greater San Diego Science & Engineering Fair on March 12th at Balboa Park. Judges Peggy Picano, Pete Reeb, Rebecca Meier and Mark Ellis reviewed 12 industry-related projects, awarding $1,200 to outstanding students, supporting their path to potential state-level competition, and encouraging their involvement in the industry!

San Diego BIA Members Strike Silver & Gold at The Nationals in Las Vegas!
Many of our San Diego BIA members were Silver Award winners at The Nationals this year, and several of us donned our fancy clothes and attended the awards show in Las Vegas in hopes of winning Gold. Two of our local members were awarded Gold this year, recognized as the best in the Nation!
