Spring/Summer 2025 Flipbook Now Available

Out with the old and in with the new. Our Spring/Summer 2025 interactive, printable flipbook is now on our home page and ready to thumb through, figuratively speaking, for those who prefer the layout of a booklet format.

As always, our flipbook is searchable by key words such as the name of an instructor, class, or location. All excursions have the words "Walking Tour" in the title, making them easy to find with a search or when combing through the alphabetized indices at the back.

Though we no longer mail a printed catalog, we do keep the flipbook updated throughout the season with scheduling changes and additions to keep it evergreen.

Each class in the flipbook has a hyperlinked course number that will take you straight to our website for registration. Try it out and register today!

Special Community Event with Al Roker

Recipes to Live By:

An Evening with Al Roker and

Courtney Roker Laga

(Course 13190)

Thursday, April 3, 2025

7 to 8:30pm at Scarsdale Middle School

$50 (cookbook included in course fee)

If you have not already registered, don't miss your chance to gather with fellow SAS students and meet the world's most famous weatherman, Al Roker. He and his daughter, Courtney Roker Laga, will be discussing their new family cookbook, Al Roker's Recipes to Live By in conversation with Jonathan Aubrey, owner of the Scarsdale restaurant Micheline.

Rejoice in and relate to the Roker family rituals while thumbing through the Roker family recipe box. Roker's amusing anecdotes explain why he writes that "Food is the narrative that has shaped so much of who I am, and it’s the source of my warmest memories."

Registration remains open for this special community event on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 7pm at Scarsdale Middle School. Mark your calendar and sign up today.

Please note: Registration includes a copy of the cookbook.
