Kraemer Engineering is in a season of significant growth, and we’re looking for the right finance leader to come alongside us as we build the next chapter of the company. We’re a rapidly growing union sitework contractor in the Monterey Bay, and this role is about much more than managing the books — it’s about helping lay the financial foundation for long-term, scalable growth.
The role would likely be titled Controller / Director of Finance (with a clear path to CFO for the right person). We’re looking for someone who understands construction finance, including job costing, cash flow, union labor, and operational risk — and who is excited about being part of the leadership team of a company that’s growing quickly and intentionally.
This is a chance to step into the ground floor of a strong company and help shape systems, strategy, and structure as we scale. If you know someone who might be ready for a change and excited by the idea of building something meaningful, I’d be grateful if you’d pass this along or make an introduction.
Apply by emailing Kimberly Kraemer.
