----MARCH 2026 EDITION----

Hello fellow Alamo Ranch Neighbors,

We've got quite a few announcements this month. We have a new compliance coordinator, please welcome Cyerra Guerrero.

Our Sports court progress is right on time. Please do not go inside it just yet. We will have a grand opening when it is finished.

The board has done it's HOA board training last weekend where we hosted 30 other HOA leaders in the San Antonio area. A board that is trained is one that will work more efficiency and effectively for YOU.

Our Eggstravaganza event is coming up on March 28th. If you would like to volunteer, be a vendor, or sponsor, please email me or tell the office.

We have some spaces on the VNAC committee that need filling. The hope is for two representatives from each grant; we have at least one from most grants, but there are no representatives from Harrison, Austin, or Burnet grants. The committee meets once a month on Zoom to discuss what the community could use as a whole and what individual grants are needed. If you have the time and would like to volunteer to be a representative of your grant, please see the office for the application.

A community town hall is tentatively scheduled for April 22nd, where we will have an open dialogue for residents to ask questions and get updates about things going on in the community. Town halls can be helpful for the board to see what residents are concerned about. If you have a topic you would like discussed please enter it below where we have a survey link.

As always, if you have any questions/comments, please feel free to email me.

Western Alliance Bank Experiencing Payment Portal Outage

We are writing to share an update regarding payments to Western Alliance Bank (formerly known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB).

At this time, Western Alliance Bank is experiencing issues with its online payment portal. They are actively working to resolve the issue, but at this time, there is no estimated timeline for when service will be fully restored. As a result, residents attempting to make online payments may be impacted.

Additionally, CCMC’s customer service team is currently unable to access payment history and is experiencing a higher-than-normal call volume, which may lead to longer wait times.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will send a follow-up email once the online payment portal is back up and operating normally.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please reach out to Perry McLaurin at pmclaurin@ccmcnet.com with any questions.
