Who is JESUS?
“So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep… 11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” John 10:7; 10:11 ESV
What I need to know about Jesus:
How does Jesus care for His sheep?
1. He _____________ His sheep. (10:1-6)
2. He _____________ His sheep. (10:7-10)
3. He gives ___________________ for His sheep. (10:11-15)
Every Sunday at 10:00 service, we will be in-person with Bible stories, and other fun activities. Don't miss this opportunity to get together with other kids and celebrate Jesus together! Sign up here or contact Nancy@communityofgrace.com for more information.
We are featuring the Olin ministry this week that is run by Missy Noel. What is the Olin ministry you ask? This is a ministry that Community of Grace has been a part of for almost 25 years. The Olin is a hotel apartment building that serves low rent seniors and the disabled. The Olin is located in downtown Denver on Logan street. Every Saturday we have a scheduled team that drops lunch off and twice a year we as a church go and serve a huge meal. These are Thanksgiving day and Easter. On these holidays there will be a list of needs, food wise and servant wise. This year we will be serving as a church on the Saturday, the day before Easter. We are in need of volunteers to help with our regular Saturday rotation of serving meals. If you have not been a part of serving this community, I encourage you to reach out to Missy and see how you can help.
This week, pray…
Monday: for difficult people in your life
Tuesday: God gives you a heart of worship for Him
Wednesday: opens your eyes to His blessings
Thursday: for a repentant heart
Friday: for the poor in our community
Saturday: for opportunities to serve others
Sunday: your "three" people that don't know Jesus
Verse of the week: Philippians 1:3:
"I give thanks to my God upon all the remembrance of you...”
