The Chosen Series Journey at Hope

Want to experience the hit Christian show "The Chosen" from the very beginning?

This year, Pastor Jon-Marc MacLean will lead a multi-week watch party at Hope Central Campus. Every other Sunday, we will gather to enjoy multiple episodes and fellowship together as fans of the show.

We will meet first on Sunday, April 7, and then every other Sunday until we finish the series. More details, including the time, will be announced very soon!

This is a great way to watch The Chosen for free with your friends at Hope! Feel free to invite your neighbors.

Ready to Learn to Share Your Faith?

Does sharing your faith sometimes feel uncomfortable? Perhaps the thought of evangelizing is way outside of your normal comfort zone.

Pastor Rani says - If he can fit in a tiny Mazda Miata, anyone can learn to share the Gospel!

The Evangelism Team is an active ministry focused on equipping Hope members with the tools needed to share their faith and sending them into the community to make personal connections. These evangelism tools are also greatly helpful in sharing Jesus Christ with your family and friends and inviting your neighbors to church.

If you want to learn more about evangelism, please contact Pastor Rani by email at pastorrani@hope4all.church or call the church office at (352) 750-2321.

Special thanks to the Bragg family for letting Pr. Rani pose in their car!

New Tapestry at Hope Central Campus

The next time you visit Hope Central Campus, be sure to check out the beautiful new tapestry that has been displayed in the Narthex.

This tapestry was hand woven in wool and detailed in silk by a Turkish artisan near the ancient site of Ephesus. It took seven months to complete and is truly a work of art!

The tapestry was donated to Hope and dedicated on Ash Wednesday by Carol Yeretzian and Dennis Woodman. Be sure to stop by and enjoy the tapestry. We hope this imagery of the Last Supper inspires you during Holy Week and beyond.

The Book of Psalms

H.O.P.E. University is excited to offer the course 'The Book of Psalms,' beginning the first Wednesday of April.

To assist you in understanding the Psalms, you may wish to select one of two reading plans and begin reading the Psalms April 1.

Plan options are as follows:

  1. A novel way to read all the Psalms in 30 days;
  2. Or a plan to immerse yourself in themes found in the psalms, where a selection of Psalms can be read in 30 days.

Both plans will be helpful in understanding the course to be offered.

Creation Story & Science

We will discuss concepts such as:

What is a day, Evolution, Moral Code, Age of the earth, Limits to our senses, and What is the universe.

We include comparisons to other accounts of creation from other cultures and contrast positions of other religions on creation and evolution. Registration is requested but not required.
