Over the past several years, the TBRA policies have been included in KHC's HOME/AHTF Policy Manual, which also included information about homebuyer and homeowner rehab projects. The HOME TBRA policies are now included in a separate, stand-alone document in an effort to provide better clarification of program policies and requirements.
