ASU's Gospel Choir, Canticum Bassum, and Sol Singers present their spring concert this Saturday, March 25 at 7:30pm in the Tempe Sanctuary. These choirs include students of all majors and members of the community. Tickets are General Admission and can be purchased HERE. There will be no in-person sales at the event*. Children and all students with a valid ID (any level, any institution) receive free admission at the door.

We host Family Promise, a temporary shelter for homeless families, the week starting this Sunday, March 26. Volunteers are needed to set up, cook, entertain, spend the night, chaperone, and tear down/reset the rooms for Sunday. We have a particular need for overnight volunteers. Look for the Family Promise table on the patio on Sunday morning to sign up or ask questions.

Taizé brings a time for contemplative worship, involving sung and chanted prayers, meditation, a period of silence, liturgical readings, and icons - a time for you to spend in deep personal connection with God. Our next Taizé Service will be held in Fellowship Hall this Sunday, March 26, at 4pm.

Valley Interfaith Project is hosting an Organizing for Change training on Monday, March 27, from 6:30-8pm at Shepherd of the Hills United Church of Christ (5524 E Lafayette Blvd, Phoenix). Vacation Bible School is coming back to Dayspring June 12 – 15 from 9:00 am to noon. This year’s program theme is Stellar! VBS is for children ages 3 (by Jan 1 of this year) through entering 6th grade. Church members and returning campers can already register online HERE. Throughout the month of March, the Children’s Ministry will be sponsoring a toothbrush drive to send along with the mission trip to Tochimizolco, Mexico. Now through Palm Sunday, April 2, we are collecting new, individually wrapped toothbrushes, floss, and travel sized toothpaste. Children can bring their donations to Sunday school or there are collection boxes in the narthex.
