Dear Wexford families,
I want to
thank each of you
for your prayers, patience, and flexibility as we navigate this trying and surreal time. Please know that as we journey through this time together we can hold fast to three truths.
First, we serve a God of order
and a God that is in control of all. I recall the passage in Matthew 8:23-27 where the disciples are on a boat and the storm is all around them and Jesus intercedes and immediately calms the storm. If you have moments of panic, reach out to our Lord and ask Him to calm the storm.
Second, our (teachers and administration) commitment to you is unwavering
. While the variables have changed, we are adapting so that
you can continue to engage your heart and mind and grow spiritually and intellectually
and even physically if you are participating in the special area teachers' Brain Break exercises. I am thankful for our faculty and staff and how they have navigated the distance learning process. We understand that there have been some challenges and
we pledge to continue to work through them and provide an exceptional educational experience to every student.
Jeremiah 29:11 tells us that the Lord has a plan and purpose for each student
, a plan to prosper you and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future. I encourage you that while we navigate these times, to remember that the Lord has the future in mind and each student has a hope and a future.
We are available to every student and family. If a question arises, please reach out and we will do everything to help.
