ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AUTHORIZATION
As noted, the Governor's Proclamation 2020-33 Stay at Home order effective March 23, 2020 at 5:00pm exempted workers providing essential critical infrastructure as identified by the CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency). Our industry views the CISA guidance to cover A/E/C services. Our clients are advising we proceed on their projects. As of today we're covered by CISA.

For those with employees in the field or reporting to the office during the effective date of the Governor's order, the attached Authorization letter can be adjusted to suit your needs. The language was based on similar guidance from the ACEC Business Trust (also included here). It is not intended to substitute for your own legal advice, business policies or planning.
