Urth Caffé’s Spinach and Mushroom Quiche is a buttery, flaky crust filled with an abundance of spinach and fresh mushrooms baked in a rich, creamy egg custard until golden. We use only the finest imported French butter in all of our baking.
And our eggs are the best available—coming from a local, family-owned farm directly to Urth Caffé fresh every day. The farm is completely old-school with truly free-range, vegetarian fed, happy chickens that produce the best tasting eggs with a bright, vibrant yolk.
Always served warm, it is accompanied by a fresh green salad laced with a tangy vinaigrette. A rotating selection of our Quiche of the Day is offered throughout the seasons.
