Twice a year, Baker Boyer does a business climate survey to gather information from local businesses across Eastern Washington regarding factors that impact profits and growth, impacts on productivity and efficiency, changes expected in the coming year, changes in factors associated with labor and compensation, and more. The goal of this survey is to provide our businesses with information that can help them understand where they fall in regard to their peers and get the perspective of their business community.
