PSD JROTC cadets thriving in first year


Students weren't sure what to expect when the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) program debuted this fall at Poudre High School. Start, dismissal times to change at 30 PSD schools in 2024-25


The start and end of the school day will shift by at least five minutes next year at 30 schools in PSD. This change will make bus service more efficient. Help create PSD calendars for future school years


Apply before April 15 for a chance to serve on the Poudre School District Calendar Committee. The committee has five open seats: one for a parent or guardian, one for a classified employee, and one open spot each for a staff member from the Facilities Department, the Information Technology Department, and an elementary school. Local students get loud for annual Education Day game


Fourth- and fifth-graders packed Moby Arena Feb. 28 to cheer on the Colorado State University women's basketball team in their victory over Nevada. Registration open now for summer learning


Registration opened March 1 for the first session of summer high school learning, which will be available April 1 through May 23. Those interested should check with their school counselor to make sure they sign up for the right courses and reserve a laptop. Visit the PSD Summer Learning Opportunities web page for more information.>>

Enjoy discounted Rockies baseball tickets, raise funds for PSD Athletics


Poudre School District students, families, employees, and volunteers are invited to enjoy discounted tickets to a Colorado Rockies game this spring! A portion of ticket sales from PSD Appreciation Day games will benefit Poudre School District Athletics.


The primary PSD Appreciation Day game is April 7 versus the Tampa Bay Rays. Alternate game options are May 12 (versus the Texas Rangers), May 27 (versus the Cleveland Guardians), and June 15 (versus the Pittsburgh Pirates). Find tickets at Rockies.com/PSD.>>
