New Food Product Evaluation and Sensory Laboratory Expands AURI Capabilities
AURI, in partnership with Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU), the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and the Minnesota Legislature recently opened a new Food Product Evaluation and Sensory Laboratory on SMSU’s campus in Marshall, Minn.
Due to the broad-ranging public health concerns related to the spread of COVID-19, AURI and its collaborative partners are postponing this year’s New Uses Forum and Bold Open.

Selection of new dates is in process, with the likely timeframe of July/August 2020. Please watch for further details coming soon.
