Happy March 1st! We are excited to dive into operations at Wendell Falls today. We have had several questions about the March assessment process as we transition from your previous management company. Review the details regarding the transition and new process below to ensure timely payment of association assessments.
STOP AUTOMATIC BILL PAY
If you have elected for automatic bill pay through the previous management company please contact your bank to cancel future payments.
NEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Today we received the resident database for Wendell Falls. Our customer service and accounting team is working to prepare resident accounts and distribute statements for distribution in the next two weeks.
DO NOT PAY TWICE
If you have already paid for the month of March to the previous management company your payment will be transferred to CCMC. Please do not pay twice.
LATE FEES
We will be waiving late fees to ensure a smooth transition and happy residents. If you noticed in April that your march payment has not been processed feel free to reach out to our customer service team or stop by the management office at the Farmhouse.
COMMUNICATION
Once letters have been distributed we will communicate for you to be on the lookout and update the resident website to reference the bill pay options.
