We’re excited to announce that applications for the 2026 Revitalization Incentive Grant (RIG) program are now open! This program offers an incredible opportunity for businesses and commercial property owners to make impactful improvements with funding assistance.

The RIG program is designed to encourage private investment in exterior storefront enhancements that are affordable, creative, and improve the community’s overall aesthetic. With $100,000 in funding approved by the Littleton City Council and administered by the Economic Development Department, this is your chance to bring your vision to life.

Key Details:

• Application Period: March 2 through April 30, 2026
• Eligibility: Businesses or commercial property owners in Littleton
• Grant Amounts: Projects may be awarded up to 50% of eligible project costs, up to $20,000 maximum reimbursement
