April showers aren’t the only thing that bring May flowers! Pollinator species play a MAJOR role in helping plants grow too.
Learn all about pollinators at Spring Break Camp at the Zoo, geared toward children ages 6-9.
Campers will explore the world of pollination through science demonstrations, crafts, special guests, animal encounters, games, and more. From butterflies to bees to birds and bats, campers will learn about pollinator species, and understand their importance to the ecosystem. Campers will even leave camp with resources to start their own pollinator garden at home!
Spring Break Camp is Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10, 9 am - 3 pm each day. The cost is $165 for Zoo members and $180 for non-members. Before and after care is also available.
