Rolling Hills Library
Mary Ingersoll welcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked the Rolling Hills Library for hosting. She thanked Evergy for sponsoring the meeting. The Pasture Cafe catered the meal.

The Sweetheart Soiree for dads/daughters and moms/sons was a big success. The dad/daughter night was sold out. Thanks to Alyson Fisher for running that.
The April 6th Chamber Meeting will be held at The Good Dog Brand location on the Square. The May 4th Chamber Meeting will be at the newly opened Preferred Community Center on Hwy 71.
Mary recently did a Facebook Live with Freundenthal Home Health at their new building on Woodbine in St Joseph. Would love to do that for your business also, it only takes a few minutes and is very easy. Mary said she has begun to use Reels as a new way of posting on social media. She encourages everyone to try this out.
We have Chamber Meeting sponsor ships filled for the 2022 year. Alyson Fisher has put together a community event calendar. Events in the future will include meeting the Easter Bunny, Summer concerts in the park, Independence Day celebration and light up the Square with Santa for Christmas. She would like to reach out for businesses to sponsor these events. We will be looking for vendors and organizations who want to participate at these events.

On March 22, they will be holding a luncheon at 12:00 noon for people interested in volunteer opportunities.
In April they are having an Andrew County Artist Show. If you know someone or have any ideas to share, contact the museum. In June, a Wedding Dresses Through The Ages Show is planned. If you have a dress to loan, let them know. They are also looking at having a Wrestling Program sometime this year. The Museum Board approved to go ahead and get architectural drawing for an addition on the museum.

Entrepreneur Week will be March 14-18 at MWSU, this is open to small and large business.
The Capstone Luncheon will be held on March 18, at Fulkerson Hall, cost is $20. Steven Craig will be interviewing Randy Roth from Hillyard.

She is running for the office of Andrew County Prosecutor.

She will be running for election for the Associate Circuit Judge position.

They will be hosting a Senior Health Fair at their building. This will be April 21, from 10:00 to 11:30 am.

She wanted to remind everyone of His Princess ministry to give girls prom dresses. The 500th dress recently left their building. They also have shoes, jewelery and tuxes.
They also do the girls hair and make up on Prom day. They are always seeking donations of dresses, money, etc.

The Easter Bunny will be on the Square on April 9th, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. There will be a decorated back drop so that pictures can be taken for free. A sponsor is needed for this event. Concerts In The Park will be held from May - September. An Americana Festival will be held on June 26-27. Plans are to have a fireworks display and kick off the 4th of July.
