PlugFest Registration is Open!
Deadline to register and reserve hotel room is April 8th
The PlugFest Interoperability Event is being held April 20 - 22, 2022 at the Bayside at Sandestin Resort in Sandestin, Florida. This precedes the BTL Working Group and SSPC Committee meetings which will be held Monday, April 25th - Friday, April 29th.
Come test your BACnet products with BACnet devices from other vendors in a neutral and friendly environment and have the opportunity to improve your BACnet implementation and testing methods!

BACnet International has launched it's "Member Spotlight" video series which includes interviews of representatives from our Corporate Member companies. The interviews cover highlights of the member companies plus the benefits of the BACnet protocol and BACnet International membership.

BIG-EU Awards Scholarships for Innovative Theses
The BACnet Interest Group Europe (BIG-EU) will encourage young engineers in the field of building technology with an annual scholarship award. The scholarship will be awarded in a total of three categories for outstanding bachelor and master theses on building automation.
BIG-EU will offer three scholarships per year for outstanding bachelor or master theses in the following three categories:
- System integration via BACnet as integration interface
- Optimization in the engineering process for BACnet projects
- Facility management of BACnet multi-vendor installations
Initially, only graduates from German-speaking countries can take part in the competition – however, the competition will be extended to other European countries in the near future.
The scholarships will be awarded annually during the ISH and Light + Building trade fairs in Frankfurt am Main. For their outstanding achievements in the individual categories, the winners will receive prize money of 1,000 euros each.
