PUBLIC HEALTH — GRAND ROUNDS
Dr. Leisha Nolen, Utah's Epidemiologist, has started a public health grand rounds series with University of Utah Health and Project ECHO. The February session, Respiratory Virus Update, overviewed methods for gathering public health data.

Dr. Nolen earned her MD and PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her pediatric residency at Boston Children’s Hospital, after which she worked for the CDC.

SEPSIS MANAGEMENT & PROTOCOLS
Join the monthly Leadership Network call on Wednesday, March 6th from Noon - 1 pm (MT) to discuss Sepsis Management and Protocols with Dr. Estelle Harris. This session will focus on updating and improving protocols for smaller, rural hospitals in the region. Learn more about the Leadership Network call, hosted by U of U Health's Dr. Ted Kimball.
ZERO SUICIDE TRAINING
The Zero Suicide program is holding a virtual session on Suicide Post-vention: Navigating the Aftermath of a Suicide Attempt or Suicide Loss led by Dr. Kathie Supiano, a practicing clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience. Join the session on Zoom on March 7th from Noon - 1 pm (MT).
PARK CITY THERAPEUTIC ENDOSCOPY COURSE
A special Therapeutic Endoscopy Course for GI fellows, nurses, and technicians will be held on Thursday, March 7th in Park City, Utah. Following which the 27th Annual Therapeutic Endoscopy Conference by Brigham & Women's Hospital and the University of Utah Health will be held from Friday, March 8th - Sunday, March 10th at the Sheraton in Park City. A cost is associated with this event.
OTOLARYNGOLOGY SPRING MEETING
The Utah Society of Otolaryngology is hosting its Spring Meeting on Thursday, March 14th from 6 - 8 pm (MT), featuring a lecture by Dr. Colin Driscoll of the Mayo Clinic. Participants may register to join in-person and attend the dinner meeting at the S.J. Quinney College of Law building at University of Utah or can join virtually for the lecture portion via Zoom from from 7 - 8 pm (MT). A cost is associated with this event.
DIAGNOSIS & MANAGMENT OF VASCULAR ANOMALIES
Physicians from the U of U Health Vascular Anomalies Clinic are holding a virtual session on the Diagnosis and Management of Vascular Anomalies for primary care providers, dermatologists, and any clinicians working with the pediatric population. Join the session on Zoom on Wednesday, April 10th from Noon - 1 pm (MT). CME will be available.

INJURY PREVENTION LEARNING SERIES

Join us on Tuesday, March 19th from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm (MT) for a session on Winter Sports and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) by Kelsey Boyer, who is the founder of Save a Brain Foundation and a TBI survivor.

SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER ECHO

After a long hiatus the Substance Use Disorder ECHO is back! Led by an interdisciplinary team of specialists, this program will give you the opportunity to learn best practices in addiction care, including diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Join the next session on Friday, March 15th from Noon - 1 pm (MT) for Successful Approaches to AUD: From Screening to Recovery by Dr. Tran Le.
