"March brings breezes loud and shrill,
Stirs the dancing daffodil."

Welcome to our March update!
Wendy Gammons, MIIA Wellness/Health Promotion Manager

March is designated as National Sleep Awareness Month, which provides us with an opportunity to look at our own sleep habits and search for ways to improve on the quantity and quality of sleep we get. Eating right and exercising are used to maintain good health, but sleep can also affect one's wellness. MIIA’s partner, Learn to Live, is offering a fun sleep Challenge for the month of March. Check out the information below to learn more.

March is also National Nutrition Month! Our webinar buffet this month features our fabulous chef and registered dietitian Lori Lambert-Osborn who is demonstrating how to cook dishes from around the world.
