CA$H for Cayuga County will open next Tuesday, January 31st, thanks to our dedicated IRS-certified volunteers, Cayuga Community College, Extra Mile Technology, and the M&T Foundation.

CA$H is a FREE tax preparation program brought to you by the United Way, and hosted by Cayuga Community College’s Auburn Campus. The site is located in CCC’s Pre-School Room, off the Prospect Street entrance to the College (on the left as you drive in, a yellow and purple lending library is to the right of the entry doors.

To make an appointment, call 315.294.8797 and leave a voicemail with your name and contact information. An IRS Certified volunteer will return your call within two (2) weeks.

2023 Day of Caring Logo Contest

Submissions Due: Monday, April 10

On Thursday, August 3rd, community members will volunteer to clean up a park, serve at a soup kitchen, paint benches, volunteer at a food pantry or school…and more! But we need your help!

The United Way of Cayuga County is seeking artist submissions for our Day of Caring T-Shirt design. The winning design will be used on this year’s Day of Caring volunteer t-shirts, social media, and promotional materials.

We are looking for submissions from youth aged 10 and up. The winner will receive a gift and a T-shirt with their artwork on the front!

Elementary After School Program hours are 3:00pm - 6:00pm M-F. Junior High and High School hours are 2:00pm - 6:00pm, M-F. A high school diploma/GED is required. Child care experience is preferred. Applicants must be 18+ years.

Terms of Employment: Criminal background check and child abuse registry check.

Starting Pay: $16/hr
